Description
Plate with a two inch rim. The rim is green with three rows of white polka dots. There is a gold trim on either side of the rim. In the center is an image of a brown horse facing left with the name "Pompey" written underneath. the center and back of the plate are in shades of off-white.

There appears to be some discoloring taking place on the grren rim on the right side of the plate. There are scratches on the horse itself, and above it. On the back of the plate on the outer side, there are a few stains. All are noticeable if held up to the eye in the light.
