Description

Metal stirrup with stitched design sewn in brown leather footing used by accomplished equestrian Rose Bailly. This traditional stirrup design has three main parts: an eye, a platform, and two arms. The eye is the loop at the top that attaches the stirrup to the saddle with a strap, the platform is the flat base that the rider places their foot on, and the arms are the sides that connect the eye to the platform.

Use

A stirrup helps its user mount and ride their horse, increasing their stability in their saddle and their control over their animal.
