Ribbon badge commemorating the funeral parade of Colonel Sise, a member of the SFE Company Number 2, Portsmouth Fire Department. Black ribbon with silver embossing and silver tassels at bottom. Attached to a bar pin with "IN MEMORIAM" on it. "WE'LL TRY." below image of firefighter. Tag reads, "The Whitehead & Hoag Co." various dates.
