United Nations Korean War Service Medal. On the medal is the UN's insignia of a globe flanked by laurels. Ribbon is blue and white stripped with a bar that reads, "KOREA." Back of medal reads, "FOR SERVICE IN / DEFENCE OF THE / PRINCIPLES OF THE / CHARTER OF THE / UNITED NATIONS." Presented to Justin Downing Hartford Jr. In original box.
