Description

Calling cards in calling card case made of mother-of-pearl with silver inset around edge and on clasp. Inside is black leather with red satin or velvet lining. Binging is velvet on outside. Contains 4 calling cards for Captain Caleb Currier. Two pages in a small book of notes have writing on them. Some of the writing is illegible. One page says "Caroline E. Currier, January 1st 1846." Another page says "174 F... Av..., New York, Mr. John... Vog..., 22 ... St, Mrs. M..nnett .25, M.. .... .31, Mrs. .... .09."
