Engraved ivory tusk (Scrimshaw) of irregular shape, lightly curved. Old inscription label “P.H.S. Laighton #11”; top is 2 inches wide; a hole on top of the tusk; base - first two inches of the tusk hollow; label inside the tusk “ Mrs.#11. Laighton”; images of two women below a vase with flowers on one side and steepled church below nautical symbols on other side
