Round metal pin, inscribed around the edge with "U.S.S. CONSTITUTION / PORTSMOUTH, N.H.", and with black and white image of the ship at center; and with short red , white, and blue flag attached to bottom
Presented to Portsmouth school children who contributed towards the costs of restoration of the U.S.S. Constitution ~ “Old Ironsides” ~ 1927-1930.
