This small image captures the hotel des invalides in Paris, France. The baroque style building is topped with a gilded dome. The dome is the front of the monument as the rest of the architecture is behind the dome; in the photo it looks like houses on the side of the dome. The monument is fenced off from the sidewalk with a couple lamp posts near the gate entrance.
