Description

Cyanotypes are one of the oldest photographic printing processes. The distinctive feature of these prints are their shade of cyan blue, which results from its exposure to ultraviolet light. This photograph depicts two rows of people hunched down, digging in the grass or picking the grass facing each other. They are all dressed in white, and there is a mix of women and men in line.
