Description

Print of a child wearing a mask and an outgrowth on their head. Child may be holding a book or paper which has "NOT SATISFACTORY" printed below it. The back ground is green and blue overstamping. The print paper is yellowed and the number "49" in a circle is written in the top left hand corner. The paper appears to be a page torn from a book, it is then adhered to a backing paper. Along the bottom edge of the backing paper is printed in pencil "Detached and Uncaring, VE19/24, Todd Christensen"
