Single sided print folded in the middle along the short edge. Exterior is unprinted, white paper. Interior is the profile of a woman who has two faces which face away from each other. The face on the right appears to be younger than the face on the left which has lines throughout the face implying wrinkles. A rattlesnake extends from the right side of the first face to the left side to the second, older face. Above the snake and just to the right of the center fold is a bird holding a ribbon marked “NIW” in its beak. Cacti surround the rest of the paper and left side of fold the background is a turquoise color. In the bottom, right hand corner is the artist’s signature, “Kathryn Polk.” In the bottom, left hand corner is printed in pencil “Reflections.”Collection
