"Wreck on Pere Marquette R. R., near Hartford, Mich. Near view of locomotive #710. [Wrecked] at farm, 9-4-1911 [between] Hartford and Watervliet, Mich. Pere Mqreutte Pass. Train No. 13 from Benton Harbor to Grand Rapids, Mich., in derailment." Train wreck. The engine and some of the cars came off the track. There are people standing around it.
