Description

The image captures the Teatro Carlo Felice (Carlo Felice Theater) in Genova, Italy before it was bombed in 1941. The building stands tall with six columns in the entrance of the building and an Italian message on top of the columns. The opera house is surrounded by many horse drawn carriages that await riders; there are also many people walking around the street and square. In front of the theater house there is a statue of a man on horseback.
