Note found in stray file "Presented to Purdue University in 1974, honoring A. H. Tichenor, former foreign student advisor. Presenters were Benjamin (BSEE '61) and Florence (BS '63) Egbosimba of Enugu, Nigeria. Hand carved by a Nigerian artist. The Lion has ivory eyes, teeth and claws."
