Description

This woodcut print seems to be an impression of a nude body floating backwards or laying. The figure is representative in the shape of the legs, genitals and arms are not exactly defined, but the marks give it the impression of being a body. This woodcut seems to be a multi-block print due to the halo around where the inks merge and the different orientations of where the ink of placed. The green layer seems to be first then the others on top due to the speckles of the ink and transparency. The colors overlap on each other. The yellow appears to be tan on top of the purple.
