Description

Poster with glossy picture of 2 paper clip paper stands, one with a paper in it and one without, as well as a label underneath. Label reads: "MEMO HOLDER Ventura Incorporated Evansville, Indiana, 1957 This wire goods manufacturing company asked us to develop wire products that would have nationwide sales. The company was one of Robert Orr's several financial interests in Evansville before he entered politics and rose to become Governor of Indiana and U. S. Ambassador to Singapore. The vertical paper clip was my contribution to that company's product line, and was the only thing I ever designed on a royalty basis. It was later copied and may still be on the market."
