Description

Interior of Roman Catholic Church. The apse and the congregation are separated by a low balustrade. Eight globe-shaped lights extend from the ceiling above the congregation. Within the apse are are 13 men dressed in religious garments. Two men are at the altar. In the background are niches are statues of Roman Catholic saints, two saints also flank the sides just beyond the balustrade.
