Hand colored
A man looks out on the canal as he stands on the back of his boat. The canal is empty has many boats are not running at the time. The image is hand panted resulting in some color on the water and sky. Buildings line the canal, all of which are at least three stories high. There is a dome in the background and a bridge connecting the streets across the canal.
