Scope and Content

In this sermon on Shabbat Chazon, just before Tisha B'Av, Rabbi Ingber plays with the word Eichah (how?) and it's connection to the work Ayekah (where are you?). Whereas eichah demands a reason for suffering, ayekah asks for honesty about where you are -- as God asked Adam when he was hiding in the garden. Ayekah shows us a mirror and it's up to us to be brave enough to look into it and answer truthfully.
