Scope and Content

Rabbi Ingber continues his tribute to his uncle Joe, this time focusing on the idea of how he was able to adapt and change. He first talks about the importance of Shuvah and how everyone will find their selves in similar and repeat situations throughout life in which to make repentance. He focuses on the story of the first time God spoke to Abraham and told him to go to Israel but found famine and went to Egypt instead. Rabbi Ingber’s message is that change can be hard but everyone needs to do it and persevere.
