Sermon : Parshat Vayishlach 2018 November 23Entry/Object ID
rdi-2018.11.23Scope and Content
For Thanksgiving week, Rabbi Ingber discusses the idea of the differences between loneliness and being alone. He uses the story of Jacob sending herds of sheep to his brother Esau, who is coming to visit, as gifts to show him how well he is doing. Jacob does not want to see Esau and is a little afraid of him. Rabbi Ingber says that to be human is to be alone.Archive Details
