Rabbi Ingber begins by reading from the beginning of a book on the singer-songwriter Leonard Cohen and the death of his father, which was the catalyst for the young boy to start writing. He moves on to the story of Rebecca and why people are meant to be in the world. He says that he feels that he was put into the world to serve and be the ambassador of love and others should take that "job," too. Moments of crisis can show us our deployment (shlichut).Category
