The Spec Comm 512 two meter portable rig was made by Spectrum Communications of Worcester, PA. The 512 was a 12-channel FM transceiver with 5 watts output. It could be used mobile, as a base station, or over-the-shoulder portable with optional antenna and carrying pack.
