Triple conversion superhererodyne circuit tuning the ham bands in five standard segments, with options for four additional segments. See coverage below. Three selectivity settings: 5.0, 2.5, 0.5 kHz @ –6 dB.
Standard features include a headphone jack, an S-meter, BFO, AVC, ANL, 100 kHz crystal calibrator, RF gain, mute line, antenna trimmer, notch, standby, VFO output on rear panel, crystal oscillator output jack, and a preselector. Requires an external speaker.
Matches the HT-44 transmitter.
Optional low frequency converter (HA-10) provides coverage from 85 kHz to 3.0 MHz.
