The control head for Gonset’s Super-Ceiver is shown here with the Super 6 converter. These units were usually mounted together in a place that offered ease of use and accessibility. Many times that was on the automobile’s steering column or beneath the dash. The controller carried the RF and AF gain controls as well as the squelch control and an on/off switch for the BFO.
