The Tel-O-Patches from the Continental Electronics and Sound company of Dayton, Ohio were a series of accessories for phone-patch operation. The “Original” model pictured here was the most basic with manual T/R switching. The “Supreme” could be adapted to a variety of source impedances, and the top-of-the-line “Regency” had push-to-talk operation.
