"Progressive" series.
This model incorporates all of the features of the model 435(A) plus a number of refinements. It has 8 tubes instead of 7. The additional tube (6H6) is used in the noise limiter. Also includes" Inertia Knobs" that "makes tuning easier and faster."
The pointer at far left of the scale is the band indicator. The half circle on the right is the band spread.
