The RV-4C remote VFO for the TR-4C could be used with older TR-3 and TR-4 transceivers as well. It con-trolled the transmit frequency, the receive frequency, or both. The unit used a solid-state PTO and a 12AU7 cathode follower. The RV-4C had a built-in 5 inch speaker and had room for the transceiver’s AC-4 power supply; $110.00,.
