A double conversion supreheterodyne circuit with selection of upper and lower sidebands, a sensitivity of 1.0 µV on all bands, and selectivity in five steps from 500 to 5000 Hz. Uses a crystal controlled 2nd converter, and Hallicrafters' Tee-notch filter.
Also includes standard features including, BFO, AVC, ANL, a 100 kHz crystal calibrator, mute line, antenna trimmer, notch, pointer reset, and a 48:1 tuning ratio. Coverage is in five bands, with a sixth band tunable to WWV at 10 MHz.
