Sold contemporaneously with the BPA-500, and was available in both rack mount and cabinet configurations. Uses either an 802 or a RK-25 as an oscillator, and a pair of 6L6G tubes in the final amplifier. By means of a switch, the 6L6Gs can be operated in parallel, or in push-push for doubling, so that full output can be had even when a 40 meter crystal is used on 10 meters.
Designed for Bud OCL and OEL series coils.
