Single conversion superheterodyne circuit with calibrated bandspread for 80, 40, 20, 11, 10, and 6 meters, S-meter, ANL with adjustable threshold, AVC. AF filter and antenna trimmer. The crystal filter provides six steps of selectivity. Uses temperature compensation and voltage regulation for improved stability.
There is also an accessory socket for NFM-73 narrow band FM adapter, a tone control, and a phono input jack. Sensitivity better than 3.5 µV. Requires external 8 or 500Ω speaker.
