Allied Radio's model L-2754 transceiver had a superhet receiver tunable from 50–54 MHz and a 7 -watt, crystal-controlled AM transmitter. The 115 VAC power supply was self-contained, and both 6 and 12 VDC supplies were available.
This is exactly the same device as the United Scientific DeWald 6 meter transceiver (see separate entry). The connection between United Scientific and Allied has not yet been established.
