The 583 is fairly common. Because it was so rarely shown in ads, it is not clear when the color changed to the later design. The 583 is most common in the later color scheme, but examples in the original color scheme have been found.
The 592 was not advertised, at least not in QST or the other popular ham magazines. It's existence is known from a 2016 post at antiqueradios.com from a forum member who owned one. It may have been made for the car radio industry, as many car radio at the time used an IF of 262 kHz.
The 593 is rare, and uses the original color scheme. As far as can be determined, the 593 was never advertised. It's existence is known only because one of them turned up on eBay in April, 2025. The only receivers to use a 915 kHz IF are a few WWII types.
