The 20A had band-switching coverage of 160-10 meters. Peak output on SSB, AM, CW, and PM was 20 watts. Its "magic eye" tube served as a carrier null and modulation peak indicator. A calibrate circuit allowed the operator to "talk" his VFO signal on frequency using the station receiver.
