The SSB-100 covered the phone portions of the 75, 40, 20, 15, and 10 meter bands. The phasing-type transmitter worked AM and CW as well as SSB. A front panel oscilloscope monitored the linearity of audio and RF stages. The SSB-100 also included a VOX circuit. Input power was 100 watts SSB, 60 watts AM and CW. It was succeeded by the SSB-100F, which used a crystal lattice filter at 413kHz to generate sideband.
