Eldico introduced the TR-75, a 6L6/807 CW transmitter kit. The following year, the Long Island, New York company added onboard filtering, improved the shielding, and changed the tube lineup to a 6AG7 driving a 1625. In April 1950, a version of the TR-75 was offered that included a low pass filter and a metal cover over the entire transmitter for TVI protection, which added $10 to the cost. This was called the TR-75TV. The standard version was also still available. It had a pi-net output and covered 80 through 10 meters.
