Note
Lafayette catalog number 59, p. 95.
The Super Seven (Super 7) that appears in the in advertising (QST, Sep 1935, pp. 5–6, for example) does not look like the one in the lead photo, or in Dachis' book. Moreover, the unit advertised uses 9 tubes.
The Super Seven appears in the 1936 edition of the Radio Amateur's Handbook, so it is reason to conclude that it was sold through early 1936, at least.
No official model number. The Super Seven names is derived from the seven tube superheterodyne design. Does not include a bandspread but uses vernier tuning for more precise tuning control.
