This is essentially the same receiver as the S-108, but for the additional $30 you get a crystal filter, an S-meter, and an antenna trimmer--however, you lose the internal speaker.
Features include a three position selectivity switch, S-Meter, AVC ON-OFF, tone (low-med-high), RF Gain, ANL, mute line, antenna trimmer, BFO, and standby switch.
