Kit or wired.
The GLB-4008 "Channelizer'' frequency synthesizer used rotary BCD switches instead of the more common thumbwheel switches to program frequencies. Two toggle switches selected 5 kHz steps and two others assigned the upper and lower rows of knobs to either receive or transmit frequencies. Internal jumpers provided outputs at 6, 8, or 12 MHz depending upon a specific rig's need. The offset for the receiver's IF was changed by switching a crystal. The 4008 operated from 11-15 VDC ; $129.95 (kit); $189.95 (wired).
UHF version also available. Model number not stated.
