Gonset's chrome-plated G-66(B) receiver was designed to be paired with the company's G-77 transmitter. It covered the broadcast band plus 80-10 meters in six bands. The double-conversion set's first IF was at 2050 kHz. Selectivity came from eight UC circuits in the 262kHz second IF.
