Gonest's Industrial Communicator is based on the 2-meter version, but covers from 152–172 MHz. A significant difference is that both the transmitter and receiver are crystal controlled. The 6V6 audio output tube may also be used in public address service using the panel speaker.
Uses a 10-tube superhet receiver with cascode RF, and three stages of IF.
