Both the metal tag on its front panel and magazine ads noted that the receiver was manufactured by the Silver-Marshall Company. The five-tube, four-band Skyrider had a tuned RF stage and a regenerative detector. It covered 1.5 to 22 MHz and included a built-in speaker. Note that the model number and Skyrider name do not appear on the front panel.
