The SBX-9 was a 9 MHz filter-type SSB generator sold by the International Crystal Mfg. Co. It provided sufficient drive for a transmit mixer such as ICM’s SBA-50. The SBX-9 came equipped with upper and lower sideband crystals.

– Metering: RF output for balance adjust. Two sensitivity ranges available with front panel switch.
Relay included for push-to-talk operation. Crystals for upper and lower sideband included. Requires high impedance microphone. For operation on 117 vac 60 cycle power.
