The Kenwood SP-430 external communications speaker is specifically designed to match and accompany the Kenwood TS-430S HF transceiver.
It was part of a standard station lineup for that era (the mid-1980s), featuring the same height, depth, and "dark gray" finish as the transceiver. While designed for the 430S, it can be used with virtually any radio.
