KLM's synthesized 80 through 10 meter transceiver had no conventional tuning knob but used up/down and slow/fast front panel switches for frequency control. Tuning could also be done with buttons on the rig's handheld microphone. It was primarily a sideband transceiver, but CW was possible only with the optional matching "base station console," (F5SC) which includes a phone patch, VU meter, VOX, CW, 24 hour clock, and visual 10 minute timer. $379.00..The AC power supply/speaker sold for $249.95.
