The Lettine VFO was a two-part affair. The coil and tuning capacitors were housed in one box, the oscillator tube and power supply in the other. Frequency coverage was determined by the plug-in coil. The VFO worked with Lettine’s line of transmitters, different models of which covered 160 through 2 meters.
