Note

QST, Feb 1950, p. 95. QST, Sep 1950, p. 103. (model 500 w/o TVI supression) 600-S: QST, Nov 1952, p. 115. (WIth TVI supression.) Walter Ashe catalog, 1954, p. 8. The Transmaster 600 ran 35 watts input CW on the 160 through 10 meter bands. The 600 was a TVI-proof version of the 500. It had connections for an external modulator. The S model improved upon the standard Transmaster 600 with the addition of a built-in Clampmaster modulator and a zero-beat switch. Other specs remained the same.
