General Notes

Note

QST, Sep 1946, p. 123. Meissner built this 150 watt AM and CW transmitter for the Signal Corps. It used the company's Signal Shifter VFO as an exciter and had an 813 final amplifier. Frequency coverage was 1.5 to 16 MHz using plug-in coils. It was popular with amateurs when it hit the surplus market.
