QST, Oct 1980, p. 136. QST, Feb 1981, p. 114. QST, Jul 1982, p. 141. The MFJ model 260 dummy load used a 50 ohm, non-inductive resistor in its vented metal housing. It was rated at 300 watts for 30 seconds. The 260C is visually identical.
