QST, Sep 1961, p. 103. CQ, Sep 1961, p. 17. Popular Electronics, Oct 1961, p. 6. (specs) QST, May 1962, p. 105. Allied Radio catalog 1963 (copyright 1962), p. 291. It was easy to stock replacement tubes for the CM-1. In the compact Mosley ham receiver, every tube in the set was a 6AW8; the receiver used five of them plus two 1N34 diodes. The double-conversion CM-1 covered the 80 through 10 meter bands and WWV at 15 MHz. The two receivers pictured illustrate the cosmetic differences between early- and late-production units.
